Sorry+Training

I feel like a baby. I have no idea what i really have to do. I follow some clues, i follow the help of Humans and Soldiers groups by Facebook. But i do not feel i am doing something right. What is the meaning of all this? I have to learn. I was too hard with some people in last days. Everybody does what is possible. I am sorry for what i said. I got many mails telling me, maybe i am not wrong, but nobody here is a superman. So, i have to face it: i must grow- I must be patient, learn what is important and what is not. It´s not easy: thing are going to slowly, when i think to my Son. But things are also going to fast, when i think to my mission, and when I do not understand, how exactly can I help my girlfriend Sarah and all the contamined people out there. I have to learn: my luck is not to arrive to the zone. It is, to understand what is my place in this world, what i am doing here, what is the meaning of my life, my role, my mission. I thought first, that is a bad dream. Then i thought, maybe is just a game. Now i am in. And I have to swim.
So i ask sorry for everyone i was too hard too. Please understand one: i am not the MAKER of this story, i am a player like you are. And is sometimes really TOO MUCH!
my nerves are not playing with. But i will try to go on. to get better!

In the Land Rover(thanks soldiers and humans for your clues!) I found a paper with one adress, "olympic beach" and a tel. number. I called there, the same man like last time, but another number. He told me, i will have to do a lot of things to be OK for the Mission.
First of all: i can not do my mission if i am not fit. My body must be trained. I must find someone that help me in this training.
I should ask all the Humans and Soldiers how is the better way to make a training on the beach.

what the hell.... come on...must I?????? I have other problems in my head (mY SON!!!) as to loose weight.....

...but no, i have no chance, he told me, i MUST get a better body for this job.
I have no idea if someone can help me in this. And, ehy, maybe is some sun and water ok for Sarah.
So i will drive tomorrow my Land Rover with Sarah to the katerini olympic beach, and i will start this training if someone tell me wich plan.

It is not easy, to act, when you know your child is somewhere in the hands of someone bad. But slowly I feel a new power, i feel, that i am getting stronger and the training and everything will help me to find and help my son.

Thomas, here's a pretty effective (and ass kicking) beach workout routine:

-Warm up with some jogging in place and some light calisthenics like jumping jacks and forward and backward arm rotations. Stretch!!

-Get close to the water and do standard 20 standard pushups

-Rest (10 seconds)

-Get in the water about knee high and do 20 squat jumps

-Rest (10 seconds)

-Got back to the shore and do 20 wide stance pushups

-Rest (10 seconds)

-In the loose sand, sprint across the beach (20 seconds)

-Rest (10 seconds)

-Go back near the water and do 20 ”T” or Rotation pushups

-Rest (10 seconds)

-Go back into the water knee deep and do 20 more squat jumps

-Rest (10 seconds)

-Sprint in the sand (20 seconds)

Rest for 2 - 3 minutes, and repeat.

In addition to the workout, a 1- 2 mile evening run on the beach in the soft sand, some swimming in the ocean, and strength training with traditional weights and you should be good to go. I suggest working out for about an hour everyday to start (taking a day off for recovery) and eventually work your way up to a 2 - 2 1/2 hour workout max. And stagger your training. Go for a swim in the morning, do the workout below in the mid to late afternoon when it's hottest, and then go for an evening run. With the weight training, work different muscle groups on different days. You'll want to work muscle groups that operate together like chest, triceps and lats and back, and Biceps with shoulders and throw abs in on those days.

Remember, you will need protein, drik water, and a good night of sleep every day, eat food with protein is necessary too, you can find food suplements in some stores.

Sleep at least 8h per day, the training don´t give strenght, the good rest give.

Sorry about the bad explanation but, my english is poor and i don´t know how to say that in a way more "simple".

Train well, but in the aerobic exercise(like run) don´t do more than 30minutes, because you are out of shape.

You need take care with your "heart"(sorry is the best way i know), a rest of 1min in the max betwen the exercises, and remember to "heat"(another word i forget) before... Remember you aren´t superman, train easy in the start... About the exercises, Sean say everything...

(you can set a number, i in the start made of 30, after i made 4 series of 60, but you need to adapt first, start easy)

I recomend make 30min of aerobic exercise EVERY DAY(like run or bike) and growth the tyme little by little.

Eat proteins, cereal, milk, beans, eggs... fruits are good thing too, eat 6 times per day, in small
portions(is the ideal).

Drink mutch water.Sleep 8h/10h per day, in the training, EVERY exercise, you rest 1 minute between two series, and can rest until 5 minutes betwen two diferent trainings, is necessary not only to get energy, but to take care of your heart.

The muscle training i will put in other post.

Thomas don't forget you diet. You need a balanced diet. Nothing crazy... just watch the oils and fatty foods(especially in that region where you are). Stick with fish and chicken(not fried), veggies and fruit, but no sweets. Drink water and natural juices. DON'T PIG OUT, eat moderate portions. Follow these easy tips and you will be just fine. Encourage Sarah to do the same... she needs all the strength that she can get.

hi thomas
take it easy, you shoudn`t press yourself so much, make some training, but, do all what your body can, you got many people hepling you, so fi you can take a rest.
this isn`t any kind of way to tell you to sopt looking for your son, so keep looking.
